Our Acai Berry line is made with Acai berry fruit grown in the Amazon jungle of Brazil where only Brazilian natives such as the Kayapo Indians know how to properly harvest the berries from the trees.  The Kayapo refer to themselves as Mebêngokrê, which means “the people of the berry trees.”

Wearing intricate beadwork with their bodies painted in colorful dye made from plants, the youthful-looking Kayapo pick from hundreds of indigenous plants for their medicinal and therapeutic needs.  For centuries the Kayapo have relied on nature’s remedies.
